Our room's location was challenging to navigate. We struggled with the long corridors and lifts to access the restaurant. It felt frustrating, especially with little assistance from the reception regarding our needs.

incredible access to attractions and waterfront views

I loved how close the hotel was to Marine Sports Club, just about 500 meters away, and the waterfront views gave me a sense of peace while exploring nearby sandy beaches each day. the cheerful staff made my stay even better as they were always ready to help and provide a great sense of hospitality.

This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need, outdoor swimming pool, beach access, and a kids club. The staff once helped me retrieve my shower bag, leaving a lasting impression. I highly recommend it for a memorable stay!

The recent stay showcased excellent service and memorable moments, particularly with an attentive staff that made us feel welcomed, especially during our birthdays with thoughtful decorations and cakes. The buffet featured standout dishes like organic pulled pork, adding variety to our meals. However, the experience was slightly marred by a consistently rude staff member at the omelette station during breakfast, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant dining experience. Despite this, the offerings at the à la carte restaurant on the top floor were delightful, providing a lovely dining alternative.

Be sure to try the a la carte restaurants, as they offer a variety of exceptional dishes that stand out from the main dining options.

Fun for the whole family!

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the aqua park which was a hit with all four of our kids, ranging from 15 to 23. The pool was heated and being connected to an adults-only hotel provided a peaceful escape when needed. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, particularly with younger guests, making our experience even better. However, the internet connection was disappointingly poor, which could be improved.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with lush gardens, and its accessibility made it easy for me to enjoy the stunning pools and amenities without any hassle. The atmosphere felt inviting and comfortable for an enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing week! The animation team was fantastic, especially Ashleigh, and the food was delicious, especially the themed dinners. Our room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family with kids.

Unfortunately, the buffet food quality was consistently poor, with many tasteless options and bland hot dishes. The Economy Room Without Balcony we occupied was in rough shape, featuring scuffed furniture and a leaking shower that was never adequately addressed despite multiple reports. Noise from nearby rooms and the activity pool created a challenging environment for relaxation, especially during afternoons when the same loud music played repeatedly.
